Forgot My Password
If you have forgotten your password a Temporary Password will be emailed to you (please allow up to 1 hour for email delivery). When you return to Online Services you will be required to change your Temporary Password before proceeding. To ensure delivery of your Temporary Password please add "VATAXDoNotReply@tax.virginia.gov" to your email address book or safe list.
